NEED FOR NATURE PSYCHOTHERAPY

NEED FOR NATURE PSYCHOTHERAPY is a psychotherapy clinic founded on principles of deep intra- and interpersonal experiences in and with nature, situated in peaceful, high-quality natural surroundings in North Zealand, Denmark.

Nature-based psychotherapy is an experiential form of therapy where the therapeutic relationship is built by the client, the therapist, and the nature around them. Receiving therapy in nature allows for sensory and embodied experiences of the environment, known to open both mind and heart, enabling profound therapeutic processes. All therapeutic services and programs at NEED FOR NATURE PSYCHOTHERAPY are based on Nature Connectedness, evidence of nature-based restoration and health promotion.

The length of a session varies depending on your transformative wishes and challenges, yet rarely lasts less than 2½ hours. We often offer half-day or even 24-hour sessions where you can experience yourself as part of nature's full day-night cycle, which truly serves your need for nature connectedness.
